Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Reptonia.
You may not modify, distribute or re-post something on this website for any purpose.
Accuracy of content
Reptonia has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website.
All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT.
Packaging may vary from that shown.
The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Reptonia disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
Reptonia shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

Reptonia makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it wont cause damage to your computer.

Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available by emailing you.
Ordering errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on ‘place order’ on the final page of our ordering process.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are a flat rate, depending on the delivery location.
Swatches are the exception and delivery is free on these items.
Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order.
Delays
Occasionally, the manufacture of your item may be delayed. This can be for various reasons such as material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed.

We have placed links on this website to other websites we think you may want to visit.
We do not vet these websites and do not have any control over their contents.
Reptonia cannot accept any liability in respect of the use of these websites.
Exclusions of liability
Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms & conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Reptonia or any of its employees or agents or fraud.
These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.
If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Reptonia make no representation that any products or services referred to in the materials on this website are appropriate for use, or available, in other locations.

Law, jurisdiction and language
This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.
The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
All contracts are concluded in English.
These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.
Payment
All methods of payment, including credit cards are processed when you place your order.
Delivery Company
All orders are delivered by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or other courier whose services we may use from time to time. In the case of deliveries by courier, a signature will be required on delivery.
Made to Measure Items & Shoes Dyed to Swatch ~ Terms & Conditions
Cancellations, amendments & returns As your item is made specifically for you, once payment is taken, no changes to the order or any cancellation may be made, except in accordance with your legal rights.
Additionally we will only accept returns in accordance with your legal rights; for example:
~if there is a fault with your item
~if the item has not been manufactured as specified
~if the sizing of the item relating to the waist, hip or fullest part of the bust is not to the original order
If you are returning an item due to a fault, or you believe it has not been made to the specification given by you, we will re-make a new item to the correct specifications. The new item will arrive 4-5 weeks from the date of return- we will contact you by email to update you on the progress of your order.
Goods should be returned in the original packaging by a suitable method (ie a trackable method with suitable insurance) within 7 days. Take the parcel to any post office, and obtain a receipt as proof of postage.
Fabrics & Swatches ~ Terms & Conditions
Cancellations, amendments & returns As your item is cut from the roll to your size requirement, once payment is taken, no changes to the order or any cancellation may be made, except in accordance with your legal rights.
Additionally we will only accept returns in accordance with your legal rights; for example:
~if there is a fault with your item
~if the item has not been manufactured as specified
~if the size of the item supplied was not as ordered
Goods should be returned in the original packaging by a suitable method (ie a trackable method with suitable insurance) within 7 days. Take the parcel to any post office, and obtain a receipt as proof of postage.
Refunds, if appropriate, will be processed within 30 days.
Try-Before-You-Commit Service ~ Terms & Conditions
Payment is only accepted by Credit or Debit Card.
Outfits are only delivered to the Credit/Debit Card holders address, unless otherwise agreed.
Outfits are from our own sample stock. In most cases they will have SAMPLE stamped on the back or they will have security devises attached.
The Try-Before-You-Commit Service is intended to allow the customer to try on the garment as you would in a shop. Garments are not intended to be worn generally or to functions, etc.
Generally, garments will be on loan to the customer for 2 days. The agreed return date will be printed on the delivery documentation.
Garments will be delivered with all pre-paid return packaging. Items should be packaged back into the pre-paid envelope and taken to the local Post Office on the agreed return date.
Any outfit returned heavily soiled may be charged an additional cleaning fee of up to £20 per item and in extreme cases, you will be asked to cover the cost to replace the the items.
The customer will be held responsible and liable for any loss or damage to any of the outfits loaned in their name for the duration of the loan (except whilst in courier transit).
Notification will be given to the card holder before any payment or excess charge is debited from the hirers Credit / Debit Card.
Failing to return the item on the agreed date may result in the customer being charged an extended loan charge of £10 per day up to the retail price of the item.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, the hirer may cancel their order within 7 days of placing the order or before despatch of the garments, which ever is soonest. In this case, a full refund will be processed within 30 days. Refunds will not be provided for orders cancelled after this period.
Hire Service ~ Terms & Conditions
Payment is only accepted by Credit or Debit Card.
Outfits are only delivered to the Credit/Debit Card holders address, unless otherwise agreed.
Outfits are ordered brand new from the supplier. In most cases, garments will be delivered still in the factory packaging. Items will be delivered in line with the expected despatch date provided at the time of placing the order. In most cases, where the hirer has ordered the item in plenty of time, this should give the hirer plenty of time to arrange alterations
In most cases, garments will require alterations on delivery. The hirer is responsible for all costs of alterations. If the hirer does not intend to take advantage of our post-hire purchase service then any alterations may only adjust the size of the garment and may not affect the style.
Goods are hired to the customer on the understanding that they shall be returned undamaged and in good condition on the agreed date.
Any outfit returned heavily soiled may be charged an additional cleaning fee of up to £20 per item and in extreme cases, will be asked to cover the cost to replace the the items.
The hirer will be held responsible and liable for any loss or damage to any of the outfits hired under their name for the duration of the hire (except whilst in courier transit).

Un-repairable, missing or damage to any of the outfits or accessories hired in the customers name will result in the customer being charged the full cost to replace or repair any damaged or missing item/s.
Failing to return the item on the agreed date may result in the customer being charged an extended hire charge for every day overdue at £10 per day unless the courier is at fault.
We take great care to ensure that outfits and accessories are packed correctly however customers should double check the contents of their outfit/s upon delivery. Any missing or damaged items must be reported back to us on the day of delivery. Failing to report any missing or damaged items could result in the customer being charged the full cost to replace or repair the item/s.

The customer may choose to keep the outfit at the end of the hire period. A post-hire purchase cost will be notified to the customer on acceptance of the Hire order.
Purchased Goods ~ Terms & Conditions
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) the customer has 7 working days after receipt of their order to cancel and receive a full refund. Orders may not be cancelled after this period except for under your legal rights.
Please note that this excludes Made-to-Measure, cut fabrics and swatches.
If you would like to cancel your order, please notify us via eMail to info@reptonia.co.uk or by post to Reptonia, 55 Queen Street, Derby, DE1 3DE.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the items to our Derby store.
Please return unwanted items within 14 days. Items should be returned in their original packaging with all tags and security seals still attached.
Items should be returned via a trackable, appropriately insured service.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days
